My tasks allows you to update and view ongoing tasks and completed assignments. You can click a task and edit within the AgencyApp directly and our team will receive the updates through our project management app.

The Toneyes AgencyApp helps keeps your files organized. With the my files feature, you will be able to access all your files on the go! Keep track or review your files anytime, anywhere.

Create Task

Need a project task to get done? Create new tasks that directly link to our teams project management app. This helps our team be more time efficient while getting your project assignments done.

Have a project that requires a certain amount of time? Our SPOQ services are the perfect solution that allows you to keep track of the hours spent on your project. We provide different SPOQ packages that are customizable to your project needs.

How do I create a new task for my project?
  1. go to create task under the main menu 
  2. Enter in the title/name of your task
  3. Enter in the details and useful information related to your task
  4. You can add any files and attachments related to the task by clicking on the icons below the detail section
  5. click "create", the task will be directly added to our teams project management app, and you will be updated on the process until completion.
Where can I request a new quotation for a project?

You can request a new quotation for an assignment or project by creating a new task with the project or assignment details listed. Our team will review the content and directly contact you with a quotation.

How do I renew my SPOQ package?

You will receive an automatic email update when your SPOQ hours are close to depletion. From there, it will ask you if you would like to renew your SPOQ package. You can choose which package you would like to renew based on your project needs and an invoice will be sent directly to your email. 

Can I edit or delete a comment I have made on a task?

You cannot edit or delete a comment that has been made on the agency app.

However, you can always create a new comment if there are any additional informations that you would like to add. 

How do you attatch files when creating a task?

There are 3 icons listed below the details section on the create task page

  1.  first one allows you to take an image from your phones camera
  2. allows you to attatch image files 
  3. allows you to attatch any other additional documents and files
Where do I check the timelog for our SPOQ package?
  1. View the green SPOQ icon on your dashboard page at the top right corner that displays the amount of hours you have left in your SPOQ package
  2. Simply click on it, and it will display a timelog list of where your SPOQ hours have been spent so far.
