It is a platform for young talented designers to put their skills into motion and prepare themselves to work in the real world.
Who had just graduated from the communication design program at Mahidol International College was eager to kick start her career with an internship program that would bring new challenges and teach her the ropes of working in the professional field.
Toneyes had given her the opportunity to utilize the skills she had learned in university, as well as help her improve upon her strengths and weaknesses through their graphic design internship program. By working closely with their small and professional team, she was able to expand her skill set in design softwares such as illustrator and photoshop. As well, working on projects from the beginning process of conceptualizing ideas, working on the design itself, to getting experience talking with clients was all part of the Toneyes internship experience.
The graphic design internship at Toneyes pushes for only the highest standards in design. As a new graduate, Aranya focused on developing her skills in order to reach those standards. But with the help of the senior designers, she was able to receive the constructive feedback she needed in order to differentiate the rights from wrongs in design. After a three month graphic design internship program with Toneyes, Aranya is now working full time with the team as a project coordinator. With a new skill set to manage and conceptualize projects as well as communicate with our clients.

The motion design internship at Toneyes also gave her a new skill set in videography. Learning the technicalities of shooting videos such as angle shots, drone shots, and how to use the different settings and functionalities of the camera. an aspiring motion designer, had joined Toneyes for a 6 month motion design internship program. Many of the projects Eve had the opportunity to work on required a skill set that she did not have before. Projects such as how to cut greenscreen shots, how to fly a drone, and going to the clients office to film, were all new experiences for Eve. However, due to her extensive 6 month motion design internship experience, Eve was able to get the knowledge she needed from the hands on learning experience she received with the Toneyes team. Making her more proficient in her skills, more efficient in her work, and as well more confident in her overall abilities to create well thought out ideas for video creation.
