XPORT8 - Corporate Brochure Design


XPORT8 is an Australian investment company that create trust funds that focuses on wellness and lifestyle. To stand out from other companies, the company had decided to hire Toneyes in order to help them with their branding. The concept of the project

Our agency was able to come up with a brand concept for XPORT8 after sessions of brainstorming and meetings, which was strong, confident, and powerful. From our concept, we aimed to bring forth the trustworthiness qualities of the XPORT8 to their target audience. 
After finalizing the concept, our agency started creating moodboard with various innovative ideas for their logo and corporate brochure design. At the end, we had decided to use a combination of black and green for their logo design and shades of blue in their corporate brochure design to represent healthy living. This was further highlighted with using outdoor, active images.

Challenges during the project

One challenge that our team faced during the project was to create a corporate brochure design that was different from other investment companies’ brochure. This meant shifting away from using stereotypical lifestyle images like a group of people or a family smiling and having fun and going for something. To do so, our team decided to go with something more unique but still represents the concept and brand clearly.
Together with XPORT8, after brainstorming sessions and several meetings, we decided on using outdoor images for their corporate brochure design. The pictures we used are clouds on top of a mountain and a person hiking on a mountain. This was to emphasize the main focus of the company, which was wellness and lifestyle. 

Though this project, our agency was able to hone our skills and grow more because were able to challenge ourselves to think out of the box.
